Too often I think we can get caught up in the notion that love is some kind of magical thing - maybe it's books and movies, I don't know. What I do know is that love is really a verb. It requires that you do something. It requires that if someone says they love you that they "act" not just "say" it. It's more than just a kiss. It's more about knowing the person you love and acting in their lives and passions.

On Saturday I had a coaching session with one of my business coaches. I believe in coaching (obviously if I am one, but true coaches are also coached by coaches!)
