Too often I think we can get caught up in the notion that love is some kind of magical thing - maybe it's books and movies, I don't know. What I do know is that love is really a verb. It requires that you do something. It requires that if someone says they love you that they "act" not just "say" it. It's more than just a kiss. It's more about knowing the person you love and acting in their lives and passions.

Ask another woman to share something with you that you love. We all have things we love; romance novels or vampire novels, soups or cookies. Saying to another woman: “I just LOVE soups, do you have a favorite recipe I can try?”, makes a woman feel good.

What can you ask another woman for today?

I love my sister. She is truly my best friend and the woman I most admire. Carey is smart, fun, and incredible business woman, corporate leader, and a fabulous mom. We grew up in tough circumstances and we are so close as adults. Sometimes it brings tears to my eyes when I think about how lucky I am! Having someone in your life that truly loves you for you is one of the most powerful motivators in your life!
